I am very grateful for the valuable input from Dr.Vilas Hiremath. the coagulation specialist, who was very accessible throughout the period - both during multiple discussions before the procedure and after the care. He and the entire team in Chennai, to name a few -Ms. Neetu, Mr. Vijaykumar. Mr. Pari worked relentlessly and enthusiastically, going above and beyond, and providing 24/7 service, exclusively for our patients at short notice. Their reports were precise and on time, even at 'non-social' hours, and communicated well with the relevant teams. The entire process seemed so effortless and swift at the end that the procedure went entirely well. There have been other clinical scenarios where their prompt reporting has helped patient management to be appropriate, such as the ADAMTS13 protein test.
